Sheet Insight AI

When you connect Google Drive, we request read-only access to your spreadsheets. Your file data is loaded into temporary server memory, analysed via SQL queries, and immediately discarded. We never write to, modify, or copy your files. No spreadsheet data is stored on our servers.

Upon sign-in, we collect your name and email address from your Google account. This is used solely to send the site owner a sign-in notification for tool usage monitoring and improvement. Your name and email are not stored in any database, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.

ATS Forge CV Builder

Your profile information (name, experience, skills) and uploaded CVs are processed entirely in-memory during your session. When you close the browser or your session expires, all data is gone. Generated CVs exist only in your download — we don't keep copies.

When you generate a CV, your name and email address are sent to the site owner as a generation notification for usage monitoring and tool improvement. This information is not stored in any database, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.

Contact Form

If you send a message via the contact form, your name, email, and message are forwarded to the site owner via email. We don't store messages in any database.

AI Chatbot

Chat messages are processed in real-time and not stored. No conversation history is retained between sessions.

Sheet Insight AI uses Google OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Drive and Sheets with read-only permissions. Specifically:

Your Google access token is stored only in your browser session and never saved server-side. You can disconnect at any time, and you can revoke access from your Google Account permissions.

We use AI APIs to process your queries and generate content:

Data sent to these services includes your query text and schema metadata (column names, types, sample statistics) — not your raw data rows. These services process requests under their own privacy policies and do not retain data from API calls for training.

This site uses minimal cookies for theme preference (dark/light mode) only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services. No personal data is collected for marketing purposes.

We retain zero user data in databases or server-side storage. There are no user accounts and no server-side session persistence. Spreadsheet data, CV content, and chat messages are processed in memory and immediately discarded.

The only personal information transmitted outside this site is your name and email, sent via Resend to the site owner as a one-time notification upon sign-in (Sheet Insight AI) or CV generation (ATS Forge). This information exists solely within the email and is not stored in any database or used for any other purpose.

Since we don't store personal data, traditional data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are satisfied by default — there's nothing to access, delete, or port. You can revoke Google Drive access at any time from your Google Account settings.
