By accessing and using askvish.com and its tools (ATS Forge AI, Sheet Insight AI, Ad Craft AI, Records Insight AI, AI Chatbot), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

02 Service Description

askvish.com is a personal portfolio website by Vishwanath Rajasekaran featuring AI-powered tools:

Sheet Insight AI — AI-powered spreadsheet analyst with Google Picker file selection
ATS Forge AI — AI-powered CV/resume builder
Ad Craft AI — AI-powered ad creative generator
Records Insight AI — AI-powered paper-records assistant with OCR and Q&A
AI Chatbot — Portfolio assistant

These are free tools provided as portfolio demonstrations. They may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

03 Sign-In & Usage Notifications

When you sign in to Sheet Insight AI, Ad Craft AI, or Records Insight AI, or generate a CV with ATS Forge AI, your name and email address are sent to the site owner via a one-time email notification. Ad Craft AI also sends a notification each time you generate ad creatives. This is used strictly for tool usage monitoring and improvement. By using these tools, you consent to this notification. Your information is not stored in any database, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

04 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (CV text, data analysis, ad creatives, extracted facts and answers from your records, chat responses) is produced by third-party AI models (Groq, OpenAI). While we strive for accuracy:

AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always review generated content before using it professionally.
Data analysis results depend on the quality and format of your source data.
Generated CVs are starting points — personalise them for your specific situation.
Ad creatives are AI-generated starting points — review them for brand accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability before publishing.
OCR accuracy varies with handwriting clarity, scan quality, and language. Records Insight AI is not a substitute for professional advice — always verify extracted figures, dates, dosages, totals, and clinical or legal details against the original source document before acting on them.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to access other users' data or sessions
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
Attempt SQL injection or exploit the query engine
Use the tools for any illegal purpose
Attempt to bypass Ad Craft AI's content safety filters to generate prohibited, hateful, or explicit material

06 Intellectual Property

The website design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Vishwanath Rajasekaran. Content you generate using the tools (CVs, analysis results, ad creatives) belongs to you. You may use AI-generated outputs freely for personal and professional purposes.

07 Limitation of Liability

These tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these tools, including but not limited to inaccurate AI outputs, data processing errors, or service interruptions.

08 Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
